Adolescent<br>IOP is also available in Norwalk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-admission-procedures\"><strong>Admission Procedures<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Self-referrals and referrals from community programs are accepted.<\/strong>&nbsp;Any individual seeking services should contact the Outpatient Clinic to schedule an evaluation to determine the level of services needed. Evaluations are available by appointment or during clinic open access hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To begin a referral to our Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic, please download and complete the <em><a href=\"https:\/\/ctrenaissance.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/CTR-Outpatient-Behavioral-Health-Clinic-Referral-Form.pdf\">Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic Referral Form<\/a><\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>At Connecticut Renaissance, our staff consists of well-trained clinicians who provide genuine care and understanding of their clients\u2019 specific needs.<\/strong>&nbsp;The staff are comprised of Master\u2019s level and licensed clinicians, certified substance abuse counselors, and clinicians with expertise in the areas of marriage and family counseling, social work and other mental health and addiction specialties. The Norwalk clinic also have a psychiatrist on staff to provide medication management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Norwalk office offers Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)&nbsp;<\/strong>including group therapy sessions 3 hours per day, 3 days per week for approximately 8-10 weeks.
