What is a Recovery Friendly Workplace (RFW)?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Our Recovery Friendly Workplace (RFW)<\/strong> initiative is more than just a policy\u2014it\u2019s a culture. It means committing to a healthy, safe, and inclusive workplace where every employee feels empowered to seek help without fear of judgment.
